At Brit Cart, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.
Returns
• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
• Used items
• Items damaged due to misuse
• Items returned without prior approval
⚠️ For hygiene reasons, used pet grooming and cleaning products cannot be returned, unless they arrive defective or damaged.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
• Your order number
• Clear photos or a short video showing the issue
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Order Cancellations
• Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
• After this period, orders may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.
